Diamond bracelet anyone...?

It Don't Mean a Thing if it Aint Got that Bling

I never hated a man enough to give him diamonds back.

~Zsa Zsa Gabor

I'd encourage you, dear reader to click on the video and listen while you read because we are about to enter the gorgeous world of diamond bracelets and we need some mood music.

Nothing says "I'm rolling in it" more than a diamond bracelet and of course they look stunning slung over a black evening glove or casually resting by the vanity basin for guests to ogle enviously. Whether you are a woman seeking the luxurious gratification felt by a vulgar display of wealth or a man in pursuit of a special gift for his chattel, mistress or trophy wife or maybe you just like shiny objects -few things can surpass a diamond bracelet for sheer unadulterated indulgence.

Just the Thing

For the discerning diamond buyer this charming s-link tennis bracelet would flatter any wrist, except perhaps a hairy primate's. It is cool and understated but just glamorous and dazzling enough to indicate the wearer has taste, style and wont be hanging out at soup kitchens.

This desirable, classic  piece comes in a choice of 14k white or yellow gold (10 cttw, H-I Color, I1-12 Clarity) and frankly, every girl should have one. Looks great with a little black dress, crimson satin evening-wear, jeans and a jacket or a leopard-skin jump suit. An absolute steal at that price. Go on click...you know you want to. Those mortgage payments can wait.

Crisis...what Crisis?

Now at this point some of the more cautious among you may be thinking, what with international financial collapse, impending climate catastrophe, political unrest, blah-de-blah...that buying diamonds might be extravagant and that you should tighten the purse strings in unstable conditions.

Nonesense!

Nothing could be further from the truth. It's exactly in times like these that we should throw caution to the wind and be cheered up by shiny, glittery things. Furthermore, diamonds are not mere frippery. They are a good solid investment when the value of real estate and paper money is as unpredictable as a toddlers tantrum. On top of this buying diamond bracelets will stimulate the economy...and remember, if we let terrorists stop us from buying diamond bracelets we are letting the terrorists win!

If God wanted us to bend over he'd put diamonds on the floor.

~Joan Rivers

To Die For

My personal favourite, this chunky beauty is an investment for the future and who knows when further down the track you might need to sell it to buy a house? Always handy to have one these tucked away at the back of your underwear drawer.

$$$$ Kerching...! $$$$

This one size fits all Almaz platinum and white diamond bracelet has the eternal grace of of a Greek Goddess, the chutzpah of an Egyptian Queen and the ring-a-ding-ding of a Hollywood sex kitten.

Diamond Art

Okay, not strictly a bracelet but for 98 million dollars this Damien Hurst diamond clustered scull can be yours. Imagine the commission on that baby...? *whistles* Pity I couldn't find one at Amazon.

Once the scull of an 18th century miscellaneous man, it's now encrusted with 8,601 flawless diamonds weighing a total of 1,200 carats. How great would it look on the coffee table? So tasteful.

For the Cheapskates

What girl wouldn't want an adorable hello kitty diamond bracelet to treasure..? Cuter than a piglet in a flowerpot, this Kimora Lee Simmons diamond and pink sapphire kitty on an 18k yellow gold and sterling silver charm bracelet is a delightful piece. At a mere $800 this would be a highly collectable investment as well as a sure-fire way to melt any girls heart...purrr..fect for a sixteenth, eighteenth or twenty-first birthday. Why buy her a cheap second hand car when you can splash and splurge on a totally frivolous item like this?

So Affordable

A few diamonds are better than no diamonds at all, so if you really are strapped for cash, you can still get into the diamond club with this very sweet 10k white gold and blue topaz bracelet with diamond accent.

This is a very feminine and fetching piece and exudes a delicate ambiance of innocent charm. Would also look great as a twinkling ankle bracelet provided you have the legs to carry it off.

Hi Josh...thanks!

Thanks.

I'm afraid I kinda phased out for most of this hub. I briefly tuned in at key phrases like, "underwear drawer", "sex kitten" and "bend over," though; so thanks for sinking to my level a few times.

Interesting, though. You never struck me as the jewelry-wearing type.

Jane Bovary 24 months ago

That's okay...I blanked out during your breast-fest.

Lol Arthur..that was my attempt at getting commercial. I'm no bluestocking though...I do wear bracelets. Not diamonds.

Thanks for dropping in yujean.

Arthur Windermere 24 months ago

That boob-fest was MY attempt at being commercial. We're sell-outs now, little lady. Feels pretty good. I have yet to rake in the big dough, though.

I thought you'd be more tomboy than bluestocking. Maybe it's because you're wrapped in mystery and smothered in delicious enigma sauce. I'll correct my image of you. Add some jewelry. A little more on the Dame Edna side now. ;)

Great work

Jane Bovary 24 months ago

Thankyou warrioRR... appreciate the comment.

Yes Arthur I, and you it seems, have been corrupted. Mind you, I'm easily corruptible.

Funny you should mention Dame Edna..that's my next hub!.....well Barry Humphries anyway.

David Stone 24 months ago

Classy, as usual, Jane. Keep 'em coming!

Jane Bovary 24 months ago

Thanks David!

De Greek 24 months ago

14k gold? No one able to buy diamonds would even consider that as serious possibility :D

Lee B 24 months ago

I'd like to help you out, Jane, but it's the diamond encrusted skull or nothing for me. Can't you find one on Ebay?

Jane Bovary 24 months ago

De Greek, really? So much for my sales pitch..lol. Oh well I guess Amazon is not the best place in the world to buy diamond jewelry.

Haha Lee...Zsa Zsa would be proud of you!

Thanks for stopping by you two.
